Welcome to the Parfum Webshop site. Unfortunately, Parfum Webshop is only in Dutch available. By creating this section in English, we have made it possible for non-native speakers to order products from our website.

Which countries does Parfum Webshop deliver to?
We deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

How much does delivery cost?
The delivery costs are €4.95 for delivery within the Netherlands. The delivery costs are €7.50 for delivery within Belgium and Germany.

Which parcel service company does Parfum Webshop use?
All orders are sent via TNT Post Parcel Service.

My order is placed. When do I need to pay?
We must receive your payment within 10 calendar days after your order is placed or your order will be cancelled. Please note: a bank transfer from a foreign bank account to our bank account will take 3 up to 7 days.

Methods of payment Dutch bank account
iDEAL
If you have a Dutch bank account, paying by means of iDEAL is the easiest and quickest option. Parfum Webshop receives iDEAL-payments immediately. Please use this link to find more information about iDEAL. 

Bank transfer
When you do not like to pay by means of iDEAL, you can pay by bank transfer. If you have an account at Rabobank, we will receive your payment almost directly. If you have an account at another Dutch bank, we will receive your payment after a few days. 

Please ensure that your order number is quoted when making the transfer. Transfers (Dutch bank account holders only) should be made to:

Methods of payment foreign bank account
If you do not have a Dutch bank account, you can only pay by bank transfer.

Delivery time within the Netherlands
Once we have received your payment, your order will be processed. Within the Netherlands, most orders are delivered within 1 working day. If you pay by means of iDEAL before 4.30 pm (16.30h), you will usually receive your order the next working day as iDEAL-payments are directly transferred to our bank account.

Delivery time within Belgium and Germany
Once we have received your payment, your order will be processed. Please note that a bank transfer from a foreign bank account to our bank account may take a few days. Within Belgium and Germany, most orders are delivered within 3 working days.
